Ferritin 18. After trying various iron supplements for months which hard on digestive system & not much improvement, doc finally got IV approved. For those whose other iron markers where within normal limits, when your Ferritin did improve, what symptoms got better as well? My doc said when got to 50 would feel better and optimal would be at 90.
