Do dealers negotiate on GT4RS'?

Hi all, I haven't purchased a sports car / exotic from a dealer in over 20 years, so I have zero relevant experience at this. The GT4 RS is the first car I've seen in a while that really made me want to spend money on a newer vehicle, so I've been watching. A ~1000 mile '23 CPO is available in a color I like. Price is 229k. Seems like based on BaT sales past six months that most are trading in the 172k-210k range, although I know the commission is what I think is another 7k, and those are of course no warranty. Still, I feel like it being a 2023 should push that price down a bit even if it's functionally the same as a '25, as every time-based maintenance (plus tires) is going to happen sooner. Is this one of those if you can spend 200k you can spend 228k situations, or is it worth trying to haggle?
