I watched both days of hearings, so I know the investigator wasnt able to interview the Big Three. But I am very curious as to what their role was during the flood.

Im not suggesting anything was their fault because they are not actual leadership, and there was never any plan available for what to do in an evacuation. And it was clear that any and all emergency procedures were “do nothing until Dick or some other man tells you what to do”.

Im just curious if there is any information on what they experienced, and if any of them suggested using the PA system, which it is my understanding was wherever they were sleeping.
