Tomtoc Travel Backpack 28L
Hey everyone!
I’m finally considering retiring my trusty NH500 Escape 23L and upgrading to something a bit newer and roomier. I originally thought going more “premium” would be the right move, so I bought the Matador SEG28 online and honestly, that turned into a pretty disappointing experience. I paid quite a lot for it, but after using it for a while I realized it just doesn’t match the way I travel or organize my gear at all. Lesson learned: expensive doesn’t automatically mean better for your personal needs.
Because of that, I’ve decided to shift my focus toward more affordable and practical backpacks instead of chasing premium brands. Recently I came across the Tomtoc Navigator-T66 Liteway Travel Backpack 28L, and on paper it actually seems much closer to what I’m looking for in terms of layout, size, and overall functionality.
Before I pull the trigger, I wanted to ask here in case anyone in this community owns one or has traveled with it for a decent amount of time.
How has it been holding up for you?
Any annoying quirks, durability issues, or things you wish you knew before buying it?
Would really appreciate hearing some honest long-term impressions before I make another backpack mistake 😅
