Since even just having CP and the production of it as well is a federal crime, online communication with a minor with enticement is federal crime, transporting a minor between state lines (especially since illegal activities happened) is also a federal crime-- how likely will it be for him to catch federal charges as well? Alot of those carry minimum sentences that would quickly add up and are really hard to defend.
