He called me and due to a network issue call did not go through.I got one missed call and immediately went to take the call but it got cut in 10s. I immediately went out and got the order.But he is bashing me from the street to learn to take calls. If there was a network issue and call did not go through is it my mistake? Should we be just looking at the app until the product is delivered? If they are not going to be polite how will the customer feel like ordering from the app?
