I had been planning to get the extended warranty on my 2024 Honda Africa Twin DCT that I bought new at the end of April, 2035 and missed the window by a couple weeks because apparently we have to buy the warranty while we are under the first year of warranty. I out 6300 miles on it this year. What do you guys think? Should I buy it if Honda offers it? I emailed them some details about what happened (long story) and I’m thinking I’ll buy it if they extend me an offer (60 months is like $1100).

At the rate I’m riding, figuring I’ll have around 35K at 6 years- is there anything that is likely to break down and need a repair?
