Weird sensation of pressure

With all these fistula, different surgeries, anyone experience like a weird sensation of pressure at your bottoms? It's a difficult to explain feeling. Almost like something is stuck in your bottom, and you think it's poop but it's not. I don't feel it all the time throughout the day, but only sometimes more towards the end of the day. It's not pain but just a weird feeling. Other than this, I don't have any pain with bowel movements. I can poop everyday 1-2 times a day. I've had 2 surgeries in the last 6 months. One I&D and one fistulotomy and probably going for a 3rd surgery soon. Chatgpt says it may be due to inflammation and muslcle tightening. Pls share if you had experience a similar feeling.

Had a simple fistulotomy on Feb 26. My wound was not healing and still having minimal discharge at times. My CRS ordered a ultrasound today. The ultrasound showed that the tract was still there. My surgeon asked me if I would be open to try out a laser option rather than going for another fistulotomy. Anyone tried a laser option, after a failed fistulotomy? Were you eventually healed and how was everything post-op?
