I like to have more than one little flashlight in different places around the house, and to take with me when traveling. Just something simple, like a small cylinder with push bottom on the end. I've gotten several through giveaways, but they all seem to go bad pretty quickly. I'd also like to have a decent medium/standard flashlight, one that fits in my adult woman's hand nicely, not huge, so otr fits easily in a drawer or in the car, but not super skinny either, battery operated, and with on / off switch that's easy to locate by feel. Looking for one that's pretty bright, with some adjustments to the focus would be nice, ie, can spread out the light or focus it more narrow. Don't need a bunch of extra features like different lenses, etc. Doesn't need to be super heavy to withstand being run over or any extreme like that. (Wishful options that would be kind of cool, but not required, on both a small and larger flashlight: magnets or a flip out stand and a small loop for hanging. But if they add a lot of bulk or weight, that probably wouldn't work.) We bought a set of 3 flashlights from Costco that my boyfriend loves, but I'm not happy with having to charge by USB cord, and the on/off button blends in with the side of the flashlight so well, that I have to stop and look for it before turning it on. If I'm in the dark, I want to just grab the flashlight and be able to feel that power button quickly. Used to have a couple Maglites, but became disenchanted when things went wrong with them - that was several years ago, maybe they've improved?? Anyone else out there obsessed with having just-right flashlights, and you found them? Thanks
