I am looking for a well-established graphic designer to help launch a new clothing brand.

The Project: To be clear, I am not looking for clothing construction or tech packs. I need a designer to create the visual identity and graphics that will be applied to shirts and hats.

The Aesthetic: I am aiming for a "Modern Heritage" vibe similar to Malbon, Eastside Golf, or Senvoler. I need minimalist, premium-looking graphics that feel high-end but are accessible to everyone.

Scope of Work:

• Primary Logo & Wordmarks: Designs that look great as embroidery on hats and chest hits on tees.
• "Drop 1" Graphics: 3–5 unique graphic concepts for screen printing/embroidery.
• Brand Style Guide: Typography and color palette.

Budget: $1,000 – $3,000 (Fixed Project Fee/Flexable)

Hi everyone,

My partner and I are looking to move to Costa Mesa and would love some apartment recommendations.

Our budget is between $2,500 and $3,000, and we’re looking for somewhere with easy freeway access since she works in Newport and I’ll be commuting to El Segundo.

We’ve checked out a few places so far and really liked The Grand Apartments, but we wanted to see if there are any other complexes or "hidden gems" in the area we should look into.
