Long time mcds lover, I’m just so over them.
As a life long lover of mcds, I’m just done.
McDonald’s has always been a comfort food of mine. As a child, my favorite days would be when my grandma and I would walk over to McDonalds and get a filling meal for a cheap price. My favorite meal was the chicken selects with sweet and sour sauce, fries and an orange hiC. After they discontinued the chicken selects, I moved on to either the McDoubles, chicken nuggets, or Big Macs. I’ve enjoyed McDonald’s at least once a week for probably over almost 25+ years now. It’s sad to see what’s become of them, and ive decided to no longer support them or buy anything from them anymore.
From the crazy price increases, smaller fry amounts, their crappy app and rewards, the fact that they get the simplest orders wrong at almost every visit, and the non friendly customer service, I’ve just had enough. Also there should be no reason why it should take so dang long to bring out my food when I order on the app while I watch a dozen cars come and go when they use the drive through. Doesn’t seem like they prioritize loyalty, so what’s the point.
My new found love: Freddy’s!! They have fresh, seasoned fries that they fill to the top for you,really great burgers/chicken sandwiches. Not to mention they have delicious cheese curds, great customer service and make sure my order is correct before giving it to me. Definitely worth the price.
