Hi, I have a client who was referred to me by a program called Bilt (exp is my agency). I had to sign a document that said 50% of compensation recieved by exp in the sale has to be paid to a Bilt Rewards.

If $10k is the total commission from the seller of the property, how much amount can I expect to get for myself?

I am new to this, and this is my first sale of the year
