Lane is one of my favorite characters on the show. Her mom reminded me of my parents. Her experience growing up in an all American town was the same experience I had.

I just wish the show didn’t focus on the ‘strict mom‘ situation. It was brought up in almost every scene Lane was in. Do you guys feel the same way? I’d love to hear your thoughts on Lane’s storyline concerning her mom.
