Dedicated Gears of War Series X with Custom Vinyl
As June's E-Day Direct approaches, I wanted to replay the classic games in their best form and backwards compat is still the best way to go about that lacking a true Gears Collection release.
So I did some sleuthing and found a listing of someone who was selling their Series X for less than half cost in mint condition as they weren't really playing it.
Regardless of if they reveal an E-Day Limited Edition console or not in June, I'm quite happy with the setup I was able to achieve with the illuminated Crimson Omen thanks to a custom vinyl print I ordered alongside the console.
Every Gears of War is installed and running like butter and there is still plenty of space for E-Day on console. I plan to still play E-Day at launch on Steam tho to push all of the visual splendor of the campaign to the max!
