Location: West Midlands, UK

Spotted on the school run as it was glinting in the sky. It was stationary and spinning counter clockwise for a good few seconds before it moved rightwards and away slowly.

Only video edits were;

- delete audio (kids were hassling me as we were late for school, and no one else needs to hear that!)

- cropped because the end is just the tree and ground

Most likely a balloon, but sharing in case anyone can pull something more definitive from the video.
