My former landlord has gone quiet and not returned my deposit in the required timeline. I'll need to start looking for lawyers if I don't hear back soon. Anyone got a recommendation? Thanks

The last time I PCSd 3 years ago I was told not to put TLE lodging on the GTCC and only put PCS en route lodging on it. I read the latest GTCC PCS guide and it says TLE lodging is authorized.

Question - Is it MANDATORY to put TLE lodging on the GTCC? The guidance is not clear and I would rather use my personal card.
