sales pipeline management is killing my actual selling time

another week another 2 hour pipeline review where we just stare at deals that havent moved. feels like half my job is just dragging leads across a board so management feels productive. i get why we track stuff but theres gotta be a smarter way to handle sales pipeline management without turning it into a full time admin job. how do you guys run pipeline reviews without wanting to throw your laptop out a window. i need serious help here

modular sofa vs l-sofa from castlery?? i need a little help

ive been on the castlery website for like 3 days straight and ive narrowed it down but i literally cannot make a final decision. it's between a modular sofa where i can add or remove sections vs. a fixed l-shape. my living room isnt huge but its not tiny either, maybe like 4x5m? i keep going back and forth because the modular one gives more flexibility especially if i ever move but the L-shape just looks better to me. i always get nervous buying furniture without sitting on it first. any advice is so welcome rn.

seeing a lot of slammed setups lately and some look crazy good at first but then a few months later it kinda loses that wow factor. on the other side clean builds always feel a bit safer but they dont always hit the same at first glance

kinda stuck between going all in on a look or keeping it simple and timeless. for people who been around cars longer which one actually holds up over time
