Help! I got this beauty from Home Depot and it was in super dense dirt, so I repotted to a orchid bark, perlite, soil mix.

It’s just been pissed off since, I water when it’s dry. I thought the leaves weren’t getting enough water but even after watering they look sad. The roots look fine, no rot. It’s under a plant light 12 hours a day.

The leaves are thinning, wrinkling, and falling off. All 5 branches that are there
