How much difference is there between 16 oz and 18 oz gloves?

I currently have 10 oz gloves that I use for heavy bag work and light training, but I need to buy some for sparring and stop using the 10 oz ones because they're worn out.

I weigh 90 kg but I'm trying to get down to 80 kg because I'm overweight
