Sidepressure training, after 2 years break.(pardon my english)

How often do you guys train your sidepressure?

my main style is a hook, I just came back to training since january 2026, I noticed that my sidepressure is gotten really weak, cause I get pinned without even getting my arm opened, my shoulders will just externally rotate easily, I lack some internal rotation strength, but before I quit, I have a really strong sidepressure, this never happened to me, but I havent really trained my sidepressure directly before, I just have it developed at the table.

I just started to train my sidepressure directly, 1 month ago, once a week, is that enough?
