My carat situation after Palmer. Do I pull for the SMaru card or go all in for Tachyon/Light Hello?

Ideally I'd want the Smaru card since my card situation isn't very ideal, I don't have any non-welfare SSRs at MLB save for Kitasan. I don't know if this is enough carats for both banners.
