So back in 2022 I filed my first claim for issues that I had.
After they reviewed my claim, I was rated 50% for my left knee 50% for my migraines 10% for my tinnitus and another 10% for my right knee. However, they denied my claims for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and lower back pain.

Less than four months after I got my ratings back my marriage went to shit and I went through almost 2 years of issues. For obvious reasons, I missed the one year deadline for appeal. I finally have gotten to a point in my life where I’m actually rebuilding and I’m able to finally settle down from that situation.

I know that I missed my one year appeal window. I do feel that I was properly rated for the above issues at the time, however I do believe that my lower back pain, anxiety, and depression insomnia were not properly rated. If I were to file supplemental claims since those are out of the one year appeal window if they deny it again, will it reopen another year appeal if I need more evidence. Currently the evidence that I have are several very important witness statements and a current lay statement from myself.
