Print Failure with spaghetti like flying wires.

Tried with 2 different plates and both failed printing. I recalibrated the printer twice, put lubricant. Not sure what's going on. The print I tried to do was the one attached in the images.

But I also tried to print a spinosaur and it also failed the same way.
I also dried the wired, PLA Matte using an electric dryer box.

Any idea?
