WWYD Athens to Melb, 23 August
I have a Qatar flight booked from Athens to Melb (via Doha), departing on 23 August and I am torn as to whether I should rebook with a different airline. One big reason for my hesitation (outside of it being 4 months away, a lot could change..) is I booked it with points including the long leg being business. So if I was to cancel and book with a different airline Id likely have to book Scoot to Singapore, then Singapore Airlines to Melbourne (economy).. A much worse experience and costing me much much more in $ terms.
What would you do? It is worth holding out and hoping for the best? Qatar is meant to fly Athens to Melbourne by mid June though Virgin codeshare Qatar flights are cancelled until mid June with no clear confirmation on when they resume.
