I am a beginner witch who tends to have trouble shooting. I asked tarot “what can i do to improve?” and am not sure how to take it.

My interpretation

1. 10 of pentacles- I think this says that If I stick with my craft I will reap the rewards but I don’t know how this is advice?
2. Queen of pentacles- Suggesting I engage in herb magic?
3. The high priestess- listen to my intuition? If anyone could advise, that would be great
