I tried the dragon mart unbranded gaming chairs, not that impressed. Looking for reasonably priced, quality desk chairs that allow for multi height adjustments, headrest and back adjustments etc. something with a warrantee ideally as the dragon mart ones deteriorated rather quick.

I have a small olive tree ~5cm diameter and around 2m tall.
I recently noticed the buds are damaged and there are webs around the buds. It seems to be escalating and almost all buds seem to have them now. I tried spraying them with Neem oil+ water but not sure if it made a difference. Any idea what the cause is and possible solution?
The leaves appear dusty, I live in a desert climate, and this is normal, I wash off the leaves from time to time wash away the dust. Haven't washed it off recently since I'm spraying with Neem oil.

I'm looking for a professional avian vet or grooming services capable of safely clipping/trimming a cockatiel's nails. The vet I normally go to brought up anesthesia and consultation and didn't seem confident in the process so I'd rather go to a place that is confident to avoid injuring or stressing the bird. Thanks.
