I can’t seem to find the order confirmation for proof warranty but I have PayPal receipt to Rakuten Kobo - would that be enough to claim the warranty on a faulty KLC?
I’m having issues with my Kobo Libra Colour screen glitching and it not connecting to my Libby account no matter what I try (I’ve tried rebooting it several times only 2 libraries show up on the list excluding mine).
I’ve only got a few months left on the warranty and I’ve searched like mad for the receipt with no luck. Ditto for the e-mail confirmation. I could only find the PayPal payment confirmation would that be enough proof of purchase?
