Pretty much put snows on as soon as I got the truck (2025) back in the summers now

Felt a slight vibration , at highway speeds , had the shop rebalance the wheels , they said all of them were out of balance , just got the truck back and i think it feels worse! Do I need an alightment as well? Or am I just feeling every bump on the road with these stock tires? (Pirelli scorpions)
