How much foam is too much in an espresso martini?
I started my journey into the world of cocktails a year ago. I only mix drinks for myself at home. What do you think of the foam in my espresso martini? Is that amount a bit much, or something to be proud of?
No foaming agents whatsoever. Just vodka, coffee liqueur, crème de cassis and freshly made espresso.
