Can someone please recommend a good and credible acne scar specialist in central florida or beyond? I have no idea where to begin I just need help. Preferably somewhere you or someone you know has been that has seen good results! I have been looking into subcision and it seems promising so i’d like a doctor that does that surgery. Thank you!
Hi everyone I’ve never done any microneedling done on my face before but I have been working with an esthetician to clear my acne and I’m finally to the point where I want to get it done. My esthetician is charging $1700 for 6 sessions (with a package deal) and I was wondering if that’s a good price and if 6 sessions would be enough to help my scars significantly. I know estheticians can only do a depth of .5 mm so I’m wondering if that’s enough to help my scars?? I see a lot of people doing depths of 1+. I’m too scared to do microneedling at home but I really want it to be worth it if I pay $1700 for it to be done at an estheticians.
UPDATE: i texted my esthetician and she says she’ll go anywhere from .75 to 2 mm on cheeks. and it’s .5 on forehead
I’m kind of overwhelmed with the replies there’s so many contradictions 😭 I guess I should be looking into Co2 laser instead of microneedling for my severe scarring. Thank you everyone for the help!
