I know from having spoken to resident engagement when looking to join the various boards that EVERY local board has chosen to bring the service charge increase as it's spotlight topic to the next meetings. Seems there is unanimous upset at this years estimates in an unprecedented way (unsurprisingly), and with that in mind I'm keen to connect with others affect to see how they are persuing contesting the figures/complaining about the misnoma of 'service' - so thought I would give Reddit a go!

Myself and fellow residents in my Leasehold are disputing this as a collective, and keen to link with others in the same position to knowledge share!
