Hi everyone.

I’ve stupidly taken 2x50mg Elvanse today, I got distracted whilst taking them thanks to people chatting to me.
I’ve been on 50mg a day, and am due to go up to 70mg tomorrow so I’m seeing it as only a 30mg OD and that’s going to be fine..?
Resting HR is 66-78 normally, can’t do my BP at work, 38F generally good health.
Also not asking for medical advice, just opinions (in case I need to clarify that).
