Barefoot AR and meander sizing

First pic—barefoot ARs 9.5
Not a ton of space in front of my foot and no room to toe splay. Do these relax in the width at all? Should I size up to a 10? If I did I think I would definitely need an insole and kilties to help with the volume around my heel/ankle.

Second—width on Meanders 10. There’s some excess width around the midfoot and top of my foot. Not sure if that will be an issue as the leather relaxes over time?

Third and fourth—barefoot meanders 10. Same deal as the standard meanders. Kind of wide around the midfoot and top of foot.

I'm trying out another style of JGs for a work boot. I ordered the Baobab in a 9.5 and they're crushing my toes. Seems like the Numzaan and the 719's all use the same last? Seems like certain 719s are in the STC last? If i size up to a 10 am I going to be swimming in them?

I wear a 10 in all my other wide "barefoot" shoes. I've consistently had issues with JG heel slip though and I'm wondering if sizing up is going to make that worse, or if that lessens as things break in?
