For the past few months I have been getting panic attacks and anxiety everyday. Especially after I eat. I have had 2 EKGS done and wore a heat monitor for 2 weeks. But lately I’ve been having heart palpitations. Especially after eating and it sends me into a panic. I’ve been trying to calm myself down after but it is pretty hard to get my body to stop fighting against itself. My chest gets tight and it even makes my arm and back hurt which makes me think it was a heart issue even thought I’m only 22. Anyone else have these symptoms? I’m working with a GI doctor now but I had my ultrasound today and now I’m waiting to hear more news.

Anxiety has been super high recently and I’ve even gotten put on busiprone to start trying to help it but today has been horrible. I’ve had this pressure on my chest since I woke up and I got in the truck to head to my classes and had a full blown panic attack. I’ve had 2 EKGS and even wore a heart monitor for 2 weeks and they said I was fine but it’s still a thought in my mind that I’m having a heart attack. I was having heart palpitations and even pain in my arm. I’m powering through it but Jesus Christ this sucks. I’m currently seeing a GI about this also cause I have a lot of chest pressure followed by burping and abdominal pain. I’m hoping it’s the cause of all this since I’ve never had panic attacks before. If I could just get some kind words to help me through this it would be appreciated.
