Hey guys I just had a couple of questions about flushing transmission fluid.

The first is do you need 4 Jack stands to fill the transmission? I’ve seen and read online that you need to keep the vehicle level while filling it, but I was also wondering if you could just use two and just measure how much to add.

The second was do you need to take off the fill plug when filling from the top vent? I was just thinking that I could just add 1.7 - 1.9 quarts since that’s the recommended amount with out taking the plug off.
