Job frustrations

I am thankful to have a job. But I kinda hate it. I have a daily 4 hour commute (via public transportation) that I've been doing for over a year and literally every night, its a choice between having minimally viable sleep or decompress. I usually choose to decompress because my job has been stressful.

The job has its own can of worms that i dont really want to think about rn, but it's basically like everywhere else these days where they keep squeezing for more in less time. Since its a bit of a niche job, I feel like im being pigeonholed, but im just so tired everyday to look for a better career. Weekends or day offs dont even refresh me, it feels like severance, where its just a continuous feeling of burnout on workdays.

I dont really get along with some colleagues either, everyone has a weird form of tribalism where I guess they are so worried for their own jobs that they actively try to make newer employees fail. But i kinda understand since if you're at this job for so long, you dont really have skills to transfer to an equivalent level. But still, it sucks. I need to get out of here.
