Hello everyone.

To begin: I don’t use Reddit, I'm not trying to promote anything and I’m old (no joke).

I apologize in advance if I’m doing something wrong here.

I’m a self‑taught hobbyist artist and an independent developer. I made a free Android app to inventory art, drawing and stationery supplies called ArtBox: Art Supplies Inventory. I built it for myself at first, but liked it enough to publish it on Google Play.

Because I’m self‑taught and only know the materials I use, I’d appreciate your help: what categories, subcategories and brands do you use or look for most? Examples: graphite pencils (HB, 2B); colored pencils (water‑soluble, oil); papers (hot‑press, cold‑press); paints (acrylic, oil, watercolor); brushes (synthetic, sable); markers; fixatives; etc.

I can share screenshots and explain how the app organizes items.

I’m the developer and the app is free.

I welcome honest feedback and will reply to comments.

Thanks!

Hi, everyone.

Does anyone here draw using a fountain pen?

If so, which fountain pen would you recommend for someone who has never used fountain pens to start with?

If possible, a really cheap one.
