Airlock dried outi

Hi everyone!

This is my cyzer that has been aging for a little over a year. I forgot about it and the airlock has been dried out for probably the majority of the aging. I have the recipe on the third picture. I am concerned that the stuff on top is mold, but to me this looks more like pectin? It’s wispy, and I would’ve thought that after a year it would’ve grown more if it’s mold. I took an hydrometer reading and it read 0.994 so there’s still alcohol in it. I decided to taste some of it and it just tastes like a kinda weird dry wine. I appreciate any help that is offered!
