Dealership over filled trans

2022 F-150 3.5 and yet it appears to be another transmission overfill story (apologies in advance). It took 1800 miles and a couple months to realize it but the truck lost power in 10th gear (75mph) and started banging into gear and I almost wrecked. Got it home only to take a look underneath which was covered in trans fluid. Dealer admits fault to overfill and states there should be no damage but I’m not buying that. Overheating will trash a transmission in short order. If others have had similar issues, what resolution did you seek? My truck is at 62k miles and I believe they owe me a trans for their screw up

Need help with ID

Need help with ID’ing this particular sword. There are no markings on the blade that I can find but based upon the blade and somewhat crude wood handle, I believe that it could be American made 1760-1820? I’ve searched my Newmann books and a couple others but cannot find anything similar especially with the square handle. Any ideas?
