Hello! Yesterday I had an appointment for an oil change at the Kia dealership. I have a 2025 Soul with a little under 25k miles on it. They recommended two services, listed below. Can anyone tell me a little about them and how necessary they are with this amount of miles? Thank you!

Does anyone know what the cause of a bald belly is? I’m thinking she is over grooming that area, but how do I prevent it? Other than that, she’s fine. Not acting unusual or in discomfort. Thank you!
