My voice sounds like this for what seems to be more than a week, but does not seem to affect my upper range. Is this permanent, or should I let it rest?

My voice sounds like this, and it doesn’t seem to go away after what seems to be a week. This does not seem to affect my upper range. It didn’t have this texture when I started self-learning. Is this permanent?
