I recently received a 3-year AD scholarship to a school that I was rejected from. When I did the paperwork to transfer it to the large public institution that I'll actually be attending next year, it was denied due to capacity constraints. Luckily, I can afford tuition without it and I'll probably still do ROTC, but it would be nice to have.

Do I have any next steps to apply the scholarship at the college I'll be attending next year?
