Long time coming but I finally built something I've needed for years.

A little about me, I have hEDS and like a lot of people here I spent way too long trying to make generic symptom trackers work for me. They never did. No joint tracking, no way to log POTS symptoms or MCAS flares properly, no understanding of the difference between a bad pain day and a full flare. And nothing that would actually be useful to hand to a doctor at an appointment.

So I built Bend & Bloom. It's a symptom tracker and information hub designed specifically for hEDS and HSD — joint issues by location, fatigue, brain fog, dysautonomia symptoms, menstrual cycle, weather, medications, the works. There's a low energy mode for the days when even opening an app feels like too much. And it generates appointment reports you can actually use.

It's in open beta now and completely free to try. I'm genuinely looking for people who will poke holes in it. If something doesn't work for your body or your experience, I want to know. The whole point is that it was built by someone who gets it, and I'd rather hear hard feedback now than find out later I missed something important.

If you want to try it: https://bendandbloom.app

Happy to answer questions here.
