Any info would be appreciated, these were purchased 40 years ago. He was always at auctions buying coins like these. Does anyone know if these should be graded? Or what the value would be? Appreciate the feedback!

Grandfather left my dad with hundreds of coins and these two have me curious. Purchased 40+ years ago sitting in a safe. Not sure if we should get them graded or what kind of info I could get on these. I greatly appreciate any feedback!
