Hi! This is my first ever post on Reddit but I thought I’d try my hand.

I’m having a hard time finding out what this embroidered insignia on this knit tie is. It is from a lot I bought of ties from the 70’s so I believe that I be the era, but not positive.

Any help or expertise would be very appreciated!
