Upstairs neighbour in Scotland repeatedly plays loud music around 630-7 for about an hour, along with shouting and banging that can be heard/felt throughout the house. He also swears at us from his window - all of which we have on CCTV.

Has anyone dealt with a similar ongoing neighbour noise/harassment situation in Scotland? I've contacted a lawyer and the council, but still in the early stages
