PCS orders with a school in between and PPM/ DITY move

I recently just got PCS orders from east coast to west coast (Washington) and with a school in California in the middle. I have decided to do a PPM move/ DITY move, I am an e5 and live off base and am authorized to live off base at my next command and stay at the navy lodge during my school in California. I have scheduled it in DPS and submitted the direct deposit and DD form to my travel office to move myself the middle of June (DITY move from east coast to West coast, drop everything off then fly back from west coast to east coast) and then report to my school early July (drive my car and smaller personal items from east coast to school in California). Basically having 2 travel claims if its possible to even do it this way.

Apart from submitting my documents, my travel office has been no help with information and even told me wrong information. I talked to the number on my orders (the MNCC one) and they were basically unable to answer my questions and told me to have my travel office call them and my travel office keeps "forgetting" or "being too busy that day". I've tried to look up specific instructions which were not really any help so here are my questions if anyone who has moved recently/ knows could help or point me in the right direction that would be great.

1.) Can I put the following items/charges on my GTCC: U-haul rental, gas for Uhaul, moving supplies (dolly rental specifically), food, and lodging?

-IF so, do I pay that off from the advance allowance I am getting, or does the navy pay off the gtcc.

-If I am able to put said things on GTCC, and the Navy does pay off the GTCC during the PPM, how do I go about getting the navy to pay those charges off and what paperwork needs to be submitted and when.

2.) For the part where I drive to my school, what kind of claim is that, and how do I go about getting Per Diem for when I am on the base for food/ lodging.
