I had to reverify my identity the other day and my license was punched and expired but I have the paperwork that shows I renewed it and am just waiting on my new drivers license. Now I’m locked out from dashing until a real person can verify my identity with the appeal pictures I sent them. It’s so frustrating I’m missing out on money until their slow system approved me again. Anyone else run into this issue before? I hope they can approve it without needing my new ID which could take up to a month to get here in the mail.
