Hi,

I’m based in France and I have a question: can a SaaS be sold before its official launch?

It’s a B2B SaaS that helps professionals better connect with their B2C customers.

Planned business model:
- subscription starting at €10/month
- estimated average revenue around €20/month per customer

With:
- 1,000 people on the waitlist
- 200 testers
- written feedback
- payment intent at launch
- a working product
- but no real revenue yet

Could an operator/acquirer be interested in this kind of asset?

I’m not here to sell it, I just want to understand the market.

In your opinion:
- what would be a realistic valuation?
- how would you sell this kind of project?
- which platforms or types of buyers would make sense?

Thanks for your honest feedback.

Salut

I'm building a B2B SaaS and finally tackling the billing and payment integrations.

I need to set up Stripe for my own subscriptions and Stripe Connect so my users can generate their own payment links.

I also need to use the SumUp Cloud API to remotely trigger physical card readers when users hit "charge" in the app. On top of that, I have to generate Factur-X compliant PDFs, probably using the dedicated open-source Python library.

Have any of you integrated these tools before, and is it a massive pain? I'd love to hear about your experiences or any pitfalls to avoid, especially around Stripe webhooks or finicky XML validation for Factur-X
