Started a new job and never had this come up before. Worked a scheduled 10 hours shift and the company allows 15 minutes before actual start time to suit up and then start shift. I clocked in 10 minutes before scheduled start time and worked full shift, but when I tried to clock out 3 minutes early I was stopped and told I could not leave before the scheduled out time. I thought this was covered by rounding laws?
